Cross-Curricular Creativity

Our Year 9 Media and Sewing students joined creative forces in an exciting cross-curricular project!

During Term 1, they collaborated weekly to plan a professional-style photo shoot showcasing the handmade pyjama pants designed in Sewing.

Media students have worked closely with their Sewing peers to develop concepts, scout locations, select props, and plan poses and camera angles for a polished two-page A4 advertising campaign.

It’s been a fantastic opportunity to blend design, creativity, and technical skills — bringing ideas to life through teamwork and visual storytelling!
