Congratulations to the Class of 2023!

We are excited to congratulate our Year 12 Graduating Class of 2023! 🎓🎉

The traditional Year 12 Final Assembly, as always, was a very special assembly where the whole College community gathered together to celebrate the 12's on their final day after fourteen years of formal schooling. 📚👩🏻‍🎓👨🏻‍🎓

A big thank you to everyone who contributed to the assembly, which was led by the Heads of the Student Council. The assembly included messages from representatives of the Primary, Middle, and Senior Schools, prayers of thanksgiving, messages from the College Captains, and heartfelt reflections from Year 12 students on their time at the College. Adding to the celebrations, the Year 12 Music class performed a beautiful rendition of "Down Under" by Men At Work, which was followed by the traditional Year 12 play; a humorous and clever parody of our staff. As the assembly came to a close, a touching moment was shared when Pre-Primary and Year 1 students presented the Year 12's with heart-shaped chocolates as a symbol of God's love. ❤️

After the assembly, the College community gathered on the oval to witness the finale. Our Secondary School Chaplain delivered the closing blessing, and as their Form Teachers called the roll one last time, the entire Form Class joyfully released a canister of confetti. 🎉

This symbolic gesture marked the end of their glorious moments and all the wonderful experiences they've had here at Providence, signifying that it's now time to venture beyond the College boundaries and make their mark elsewhere. 🌏

We extend a heartfelt thank you to the parents and friends who joined us to support the Year 12's on their significant day. 😊

Year 12's, we couldn't be prouder of your achievements and perseverance. Just like the scripture in Philippians 4:13 says, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me", your hard work and dedication has brought you to this pivotal point. As you step into this new chapter of life, remember that God's plan for your future holds limitless possibilities. Your journey is just beginning, and we cannot wait to see all the amazing things you will accomplish! 🚀
